SPEECH HOMEWORK IDEAS!
Here are some suggestions to practice your speech daily! Try them all or just pick your favorites. Remember to have your parents initial your Monthly Speech Homework chart when you finish practicing. Have fun!

- GAME: Play a board game. Before taking a turn say a speech word 3 times.
- DRAW IT: Chose 10 speech words. Draw a picture for each speech word. Then say each word in a sentence.
- CATCH: Before you throw the ball to a partner, say a speech word 3 times.
- HANGMAN: With a partner, use your speech words to play Hangman. Once the word is guessed, say it in a sentence.
- FLASHCARDS: Make flashcards for 20 words. Say each word 5 times each, then use the word in a sentence.
- TIC-TAC-TOE: Play tic-tac-toe. Before taking a turn, say a speech word 5 times each.
- ROLL IT: Roll a die and say a speech word the number of times on the die. Do this for 5 speech words.
- HIDE 'N SEEK: After making 20 flashcards, have a partner hide your word/picture cards around the house. As you find each card, us it in a sentence.
- MIRROR, MIRROR: Look in a mirror and say 5 speech words 10 times each.
- SILLY SENTENCES: Use 2 speech words to create a silly sentence. Do this with 10 words. You will have created 5 sentences, each with 2 speech words when you are finished.
- TEACH ME: Teach 3 people how to make your sound correctly.
- PYRAMID 3...2...1: Pick 5 words. Say each word in a sentence 1 time. Say each word in a phrase 2 times. Say each word 3 times.
